Transferring your reservation is strictly forbidden. All reservations are non-transferable.

Occupancy policy: Only registered guests are allowed on site. Unregistered daytime guests are not allowed on the property unless we have been informed. We have a strict 6-person maximum occupancy. No tents or trailers are allowed on site, as per subdivision covenants. This will be strictly enforced and may result in eviction.

OUR COTTAGE IS NOT RENTED OUT AS A PARTY VENUE
Pet Policy:
No pets allowed at Darnley By The BasInn, you will be charged a $200 fee for bringing a pet/animal onto or into the property.
Smoking Policy:
Darnley By The BasInn is a smoke-free property. There is a $200 fee for smoking inside the cottage.
Cannabis Policy
Darnley By The BasInn is Cannabis free.
The use and consumption of cannabis is prohibited on our property.

This is a spacious 3-bedroom
cottage with private entry.
Please note that there is also a private separate unit on the premises, that may be occupied, please respect tenants' privacy.
